Onion Dip, Cowboy Salsa, Coconut Shrimp, Kale Chips, Oh My! I love the idea of a Caprese Tart (it's my favorite salad, Yummo!). How about a sun dried tomato quick bread? Seeing my theme? I love tomatoes! You had me with macaroni & cheese bites with tomato jam! I'll have another bite please. If you want more protein, go for the chicken meatballs or chipotle turkey bean soup. This book is great for gluten free cooking. Everything tastes great. I definitely recommend this book for those of you that need some new cooking ideas and are gluten free.
This ebook is lovely, just what you would expect from Carol. The recipes are easy to follow and always come out perfectly. I look forward to more in this series!
Although I didn't read every recipe, I perused a lot of them and I'm impressed.
And so great for those summer get togethers coming up.
As usual, Carol does it again......and it's easy to download and free.

Again Carol impresses me with amazing recipes that taste so good you would never guess they are gluten free! I plan to make a bunch of these for a dinner party this weekend!
Love her cooking and wimsical ways...her recipes are the best!
With her recipes you can believe they are tastey and you once again can eat with your eyes and your belly will be happy.
It is nice to be able to make something for all to enjoy that I can eat as well. It is a nice tool to keep me off the gluten and feeling great. Easy to follow and very helpful to me.
I don't have to worry anymore about appetizers to serve its right at my fingertips now. If you serch the internet for help and that takes hours why not use ones that have been tested and used and take out the stress when serving apetizers.
